How are employees counted?
Active employees are those with a corporate identity (email address) being monitored. The platform applies the matching tier automatically based on the headcount you configure, and re-evaluates monthly as your organization grows.
Are there any setup fees?
No. The platform is 100% agentless and cloud-native. Once your tenant is provisioned you can start monitoring your domains in under five minutes, with no hidden implementation costs.
Do the volume tiers apply automatically?
Yes. As soon as your headcount crosses a tier threshold, the lower per-employee rate applies to the whole employee count for the next billing cycle. You never pay a higher rate than the tier you qualify for.
Can the optional engagements (OP1–OP3) be bought without the Core License?
OP1 (Spear Phishing Simulation) can be purchased as a stand-alone one-shot. OP2 and OP3 are typically combined with the Core License so the resulting findings can be tracked and reported inside the platform.
How does MSSP billing work?
